BYLINDGREN - CLOTHING
ByLindgren is a relatively new danish webshop selling mainly outerwear tailored to children. They slowly added different accessories and are now looking into expanding with swimwear. But, their main product line still remains their signature, sustainable and resistant outerwear jackets. Their value proposition is the perfect balance of style, quality and affordable price

THE CHALLENGE - B2C
ByLindgren has no physical "brick and mortar" location. This is why their business model is centred around working with partners; that is other stores that sell their products and get a margin from the sale, either in a store or online
Now the issue appeared when ByLindgren decided that they want to scale their business and become more independent. This was the first task, developing a concept/concepts that would help them grow their business. One of them for example was a collaboration with charities, while another was improved birthday coupons and more emotional content marketing. A new web page, a content calendar for social media and newsletter marketing was developed


THE CHALLENGE - B2B
A big problem that their will to grow created was that they would start to compete with their own partners. More marketing and more affiliates would mean that they would become an instant threat to all stores selling their products, as they sell them at a cheaper price because they have way less expenses than a physical store
Thus, 2 main concepts have been created to alleviate this problem. The first was a page dedicated to promoting their partners as spots where the customers can try clothing before ordering them, with an implemented map. This way, ByLindgren would use their increasing online presence to help the growth of their partners Secondly, in order to attract more stores to partner up with ByLindgren, an infographic visually explaining the value of the brand is made. This way, it is easier for other stores to understand the promising success of ByLindgreen without the need of direct contact right off the bat.
